I just hired a business coach to help me out with my business.
In 1 hour he exposed all my excuses.
Early 2012, I had the guts to call a very successful person who I knew was making money online to ask for advice.
He opened my Facebook profile and started going through my posts one by one with one word coming out of his mouth: crap, crap, crap, crap.
Did hurt? Yes it did.
But that was the beginning of a new journey: learning how to use social media in the proper way.
It didn’t come easy, lots of studying and trial and error and lots of thousands of dollars in various programs from internet marketers gurus.
In the last 5 years, I also invested countless hours and money to study health and figure out what works and not.
I invested thousands in learning real estate investing, invested my time and sweat.
When I was on the call with my business coach today, I realized that I have been doing a disservice to many of you.
See when we let people keep living with their excuses, we fail them.
My private clients know another side of me most of you here on social media haven’t discovered.
If someone pays me money as their coach then it is my responsibility to help them and make sure their excuses no longer prevent them for achieving results.
There is no free lunch in this world, we got invest in ourselves and some things might take awhile before we see results but there is no other way.
So in other to render service to many of you, I will not tolerate some of the excuses I have been letting you have in terms of improving your health.

Those who want results wont mind the new changes.
Those who still have excuses and not ready to let them go wont like the new changes.
